So starting to get the foggy lens. I sanded and buffed but seems getting fogging on the interior of the assembly so I stopped sanding and buffing. Now I am anxious about having removed the protective coating and thinned the plastic. Going to have them done professionally (they said they can clean the interior and apply a coating that will need to be redone in 2 to3 years).

I am seriously considering just replacing them. Seems replacements are like $1300 to $1400 for a pair of factory. Anyone know of another option for new? As our vehicles age like all of us I get concerned about parts.
