Double check what fuse 9 is labeled on your card inside the fuse box. Each car produced has it's own fuse card even if they are both a 2004. I compared a 2004 built 6 months before mine and the fuse card is different. The owner's manual will not necessarily be accurate only the card. Hopefully your card is still there or did not get wet.
