You have two problems to solve. Try to solve each problem on its own otherwise you will be running in circles.
Key does open door.
Remote does open locks.
Key opens and closes drivers door but does not close of open passenger door or trunk.
Key fob does not work at all (except for the key to start car).
Pushing panic button does not do anything. It's suppossed to set off alarm, correct?
Button on center console does lock and unlock all the doors and trunk.
All lights, interior and exterior work.
Thanks to all for trying and get me through this.
Tire pressure monitoring does work also.
