Great information on the valve cover maintenance. I am in the process of fixing a leak on my valve covers. I have some damage to one of the hoses on the valve cover. Are there any replacement hose sets for the valve covers. the hose seem to be brittle. Anyone know part numbers for the hoses?

Just remember to do your part searches referencing the M-B Series SLK320 for model years 2001-2004 like the eBay listing states hose kit is compatible. Here's another site that lists the crankcase breather hoses individually, if you're only interested in replacing what's defective.
