Not as of yet, I have been driving my 2010 civic and pondering the problem. I have been so busy flying with work lately. I'm starting to think its either a really bad vacuum leak or O2 sensors. It would have to be a hose almost completely disconnected though which I think i would have found by now if it were a vacuum leak. I'm probably going to have to take it to my mechanic soon. I will update if I find a fix, any suggestions?

Looking back 7 years, the thread below seems to be a deja vu of many of the things you've already tried doing. I read through all of the posts (there are a few funny ones) but didn't see the ultimate resolution to his problems back in 2014.
