I am surprised that this problem hasn't been mentioned in a single review, at least that I remember reading. If it got mentioned in a publication, citing safety concerns, then Chrysler would be more likely to act. It is also strange, the number of different responses that everyone has gotten to the problem so far... no two responses seem to be the same.
