Not sure what you mean by wrinkles, a picture would be helpful. My guess is that your top has been replaced with a not so good after market top. Both my original and replacement from Crossfire (H299) | Chrysler Hoods | Cabriolet Hoods (car-hood.co.uk) have never had wrinkles. Both tops were and are very tight fitting.
