My opinion - it really depends on what your long term goals are. I purchased a stock SRT6 in February. The only mods that a have made thus far are Needswings DCAI and Oil Catch Can. To me it seems like low hanging fruit, an incremental 13whp for the DCAI (25 vs. 38) for $270 worked for me. I love the power. I will be considering pulley changes in the future. My goal is to obtain the most acceleration with still maintaining decent reliability.
You can always paint the intakes yourself and save the additional $100.

Thanks! I few questions not really pertaining to my topic. What pulley size are you going to get and where are you going to get it? I cant find anywhere that sells pulleys (Needswings, Eurocharged)
Can I just use normal spray paint for the intake? Or does it have to be some sort of heat resistant enamel or corrosion resistant stuff?
Sounds to me that it will be worth it shelling out the extra 300 for the DCAI
