Asking a question in three places does not get more answers.
One question with a good description and good photos is more likely to get answers.
I guess this is the negative cable from the chassis to the transmission, I have never seen it though.
A photo of a battery means nothing without some description.
If that is the ground cable I mention, it can be replaced quite simply with a cable in another position, instructions on how to do this are on the forum, just let us know.
