Re: checking tire pressure
well, all went great. had to deal with a manual in chinglish, get the details, and install the fittings. readings are a little bit low compared to the pressure shown in the tester. about 2. i measured 32 and it shows 30. but once knowing this, wont be any problems. the car was developed when there was (is) just 1 light, that dont tell which tire is low (or even more than 1), and the sensors are inside of the tire. when this happens, you have to remove the 4 wheels to remove the sensors and test, then decide if buy just the failing, or all. way more complicated and expensive compared to the new technology, where you install the fitting outside of the tire. and the screen is very good. clear, understandable. advances of technology, that 1 day surprises us with things that we didnt even dream the day before.
there are several similar in the market, that have small differences in cosmetics, but are just the same technically. the design is the same. but not the price. the 1 i got i think is the lowest price.
and as always, the markup is as wild as possible. some go as high as $200 and more.
