I have not noticed lately but there was a time when lines like this hung on the wall in auto spares shops. These days nobody wants money tied up in stock that may not sell for years.
You can make them your self if you can bend the shape you need, a pipe bender is required, just buy the individual parts and go to it.
After all how hard can it be?
