Hello. I've been having top issues on my 05 roadster. Last year I replaced the 7 hydraulic cylinders, with the kind assistance of Klaus from Oregon, and everything was working fine, until they weren't working fine. Opened up trunk panel and found my main tonneau cover lift cylinder hydraulic line had popped out and squirted all the fluid out of reservoir. Filled it up again using turkey baster and Klaus approved hydraulic fluid, reattached hydraulic line and tried running it. Windows didn't go down when I unlatched handle over windshield. Think maybe issue is that I failed to reattach connection on side of hydraulic fluid reservoir. Would that prevent windows from going down when windshield release is engaged?
