I think you answered my question. You're the best. The top control module is what is screwed down in front of reservoir, and connection to hydraulics is attatched to the front of reservoir. Im pretty sure I didn't reconnect this contact point. The fact that signal goes through TCM in trunk is what I believe my issue was.
