the horn though, is NOT working - I'm not sure if I used it last year - not sure what that means - need to find it under the hood and see if it is a physically bad horn...
There are actually 2 horns, they are located in the center just behind the grille.
Take a look at fuse #6 or fuse #15 - depends on the model.
