Found a wrecked one online, at an auto wrecking yard and it looked perfect. Mine had a bad connection on one side)
So I popped for it .... and it worked.
Yes its EZ to replace.
Trunk lid cover has a dozen fasteners to pop out and one torx. Under it you'll see there are five screws, also same torx , holding light on
Carefully push up from underneath and work it till the foam gasket releases.
a single wire in the center of the light underneath is easily unconnected... clean the area and prep it for new light and reinstall takes 30min due to number of panel fasteners to remove and replace.
My old one can be sent to LEDFIX.COM now.
