Default Weird electrical problems, Roof, lights, locking etc

Hi

Hope someone can point me in the right direction.

My 2007 Crossfire Roadster has been sitting idle for quite some time and although it would start some of the electricals as detailed below were not working - The battery light was on so was diagnosed as alternator (battery is less than a year old and Halfords 'said' the battery was fine). They replaced the alternator and the battery light now out but has not fixed the electrics - the battery although showing 12.4 and 14.2 on the terminals was not showing the green light to say cells OK so I took it out and charged and then did a pulse repair - green light re-appeared and volts all 'seem' OK but still electronics not working.

I have now replaced all fuses I can think seem vaguely relevant to the symptoms but still no correction - I have the feeling it may be some kind of sensor related (boot sensor?) but the symptoms don't seem to match with each other for that sort of thing.

Symptoms are.

1. Roof wont open - when lifting manually for first step windows do go down - then press the button to lower (which is solid red at that point - not sure if it should be) and it just bleeps at me and light flashes
2. Central locking from fob doesnt work - it 'seems' to set the alarm so the lights flash correctly but no lock movement - note that the internal button does lock and unlock AOK so the actual mechanism is working
3. Roof light does not work either for manual turn on or for door open
4. Boot light doesnt work - in all honesty not at all sure that has worked or not for a while.
5. Air con doesn't work - fan blows but not getting cold.

From 'what I can tell' everything else is working AOK (although there may be something I have just missed that is also not working).

The voltage when running is at 14.2/3 from lighter (and slightly higher on terminals) so not sure if it is battery and if it was would it crank and the rest of the electronics work AOK?

Any help really appreciated - am miles away from any Chrysler garage so would really like to get a handle on what the heck is going on!

TIA

Dave

Update!

I think I have found at least part of the problem (although not the cause) - fuse 9 is blowing as soon as I reconnect the battery (obv with nothing running)

So thats the Roof Light, Horn, Anti Theft Alarm and trunk light - i will see if I can look at the roof and trunk lights but if a bulb was blown would that really cause a fuse to blow (and not sure what that has to do with air con and roof down etc)

TIA

Update 2 - boot light contact did fall apart in my hands but filament seemed OK, Roof light both bulbs filaments are fine. Have checked the Central Locking pump since I have seen that can cause all sorts of havoc - looks OK and runs the locks OK from the button in cabin.

With all of the above disconnected it still blows fuse 9 as soon as battery reconnected.
