The fuse #9 on the 2004 are the interior lights etc, but are not on a 2007 it is for the Control Air Bag.
Fuse #13 is for the interior lights, trunk light, Tire pressure control, horn and anti-theft-alarm on the 2007.
Get your facts correct before you start diagnosing problems. The 2007 Owners Manual can be downloaded from this site, see the Documentation Collection. You can get to it in the thread referred to in my signature in red.
Good luck.
That is not accurate it all depends on the fuse card under the hood, the owner's manual is not accurate either. I have seen two 2004 models that were built 6 months apart and the cards are way different. These tend to get wet easily so I recommend anyone to make a copy of the card or just put the copy under the hood fuse box. Mercedes vehicles you can order the card but of course with Chrysler that is not an option.
