The seals just snap on, if you can find them. Best bet is someone that has headlights damaged in an accident or a salvage yard. Replacement lights are very expensive. Unplugging the alarm just means it will not sound an audible alarm. To unplug it the just need to remove the wipers, undo the cowl screws, remove the cowl and unplug the connector from the siren in the center of the firewall, then reinstall. Not a big job.
