Thanks everyone for the advice. I will purchase a used CLP/SSM and see if that is the issue. I understand there shouldn't be any programing necessary - just connect the electrical harnesses and the 3 pneumatic hoses?

They are around $200 on Ebay and I cannot find a new one available.
