When you say 'blinkers' do you mean they are 'flashing like your turning'? Need a little more information... Also, is your headlight switch dial indicator straight up? There is two positions that allow you to light up the right OR left side 'running lights(?)' when you 'park' the car (like when your on the side of the road and such).
