A lot of manufacturers of radiators for older cars just make one version of it. The automatic version should work just fine in your manual. Just cap off the cooler fittings if not already done at the factory.

Ditto, there is usually a set of plastic plugs placed into those fittings for the trans cooler in the radiator. leaving them in place hurts nothing and it'll keep bugs and debris from getting stuck in there.
