Why would you send an email to the dealership? You are opening yourself up to spending a huge amount of $ for them to sit on your vehicle and maybe get it to work. You must know there are very few dealerships left in FCA that has the SPECIAL equipment to read the computers and diagnose the car. Many hours of labor and troubleshooting adds up. Your new to the forum, it would be a shame for you to spend a lot of money (for) help and advice you'll get here for free. BTW, Mercedes Benz NEVER wanted to work on the Crossfire, even though the car was built with almost all MB parts. Also, the divorce they and Chrysler had was messy and that resulted with us (crossfire owners) to either work on them ourselves OR take it to a European car mechanic (who works on MB vehicles). They know from experiences this car is mostly either an SLK320 or an AMG32 Benz. It is your $, spend it however you want, but please rethink taking your car (or immediately picking it up) back in your possession. The TPMS system is VERY expensive to fix, and even veteran forum members have a lot of trouble getting the OEM system to work. There IS a workaround for that annoying light on the dash. Many just bypass the TPMS module (easily, if you cannot do it or don't want to do it just print the instructions out, available here in this forum) and either have a European MB mechanic do it for a small fee OR maybe a member here can hook up with you locally (always someone willing to help but maybe not in your area). Anyway, your choice... One thing you should do right away, do a google search for crossfire TPMS and you'll find a lot of help. Good luck with your choice but be aware way too many owners are ripped off (IMHO) with Chrysler trying to fix/repair our cars.

PS: When you do the TPMS bypass, the car thinks the tires are OK and the dash lamp does not light up. You'll do what ppl have been doing since pneumatic tires were invented (check the pressure with a tire gauge).
