All those services are worthwhile to do since you don't know specifically how the car was cared for (other than its overall appearance). (Note: While the exterior & interior of the car look really nice in your photo album, the engine bay is somewhat dirty & looks like the previous owners didn't give it much attention. Always makes me wonder when I see that.) I would also recommend you change the steering stabilizer on the front suspension. It is a cheaply made shock that M-B included with the R170 chassis. Easy to get to and easy to change. I consider it a routine service just like changing the oil. No more than I drive my car, an oil change is every 2 years on my 2007 & while I'm under the car (I'm old school when it comes to draining oil), I change the steering stabilzer. More often than not, you will feel a difference in the steering when you do this service.
Again - Your 2006 Coupe is a nice looking car! Great find & at a great price!
