Re: Odd issue
I’ve really had a good experience with this company, but, it was obvious when I went to pick it up that they knew that they screwed up (thus, free repair, and they offered to drop it off if I could wait until the next morning). I thought that an oil change would be easy money to them. I agree that it’s freaking hard to find people where “professional” actually means something. I’m just glad that they didn’t cause real damage. I appreciate the comments and I hope everyone has a great week.
