I am very wary of things going sideways when dealing with anyone these days.......whether it’s Service or Intersections.

I do my own oil changes, but even if I used someone I knew, I would specify the oil and the filter accompanied with a diagram of the o rings, making sure they acknowledged. if you can get someone on a one on one, giving them the impression you have a bit more sense and concern for whatever they are doing for you, and indicate you are the kind of guy who follows up.
