Go look at the "sticky key" PDF in the STicky Key thread. Follow the procedure up to the point you drop the lower dash down, it is located just to the left of the steering column, right next to the steering column, kind of above the brake pedal.
There is a thread and PDF on the relay repair or replacement and points out the relay on the firewall. You just have to search.
