Angry No Start Car Disaster

Im a newbie on this site and wanted to share with you all a Disaster with Crossfire No Start.
I bought my dream car 2005 SRT6 Roadster in June 2021 and (1) week later vehicle did not start.
After checking all obvious things, Battery, Fuses etc...I called the Dodge Dealer and they picked it up and towed back to Service Dept.
Dodge Service Dept determined something wrong with Security System and could not fix as the system was a Mercedes system.
So Crossfire went to off site Repair Shop and eventually discovered Engine Control Module and Security Module were toast.
We tried to get replacement Parts from Mercedes but they would Not/could Not sell them to us!
You all know your powertrain is Mercedes and body by Chrysler and VIN is Chrysler VIN.
Mercedes said we needed a Mercedes VIN to sell us new parts .
Mercedes parts department told us to escalate our issue to Chrysler Headquarters as Mercedes brass refused to sell to us.
Now Repair Shop is making effort to rebuild the smarts and parts that Mercedes refused to sell us.
Im beyond frustrated and Crossfire is still at shop (10) weeks later with no end in site.

I posted this note for all awareness and not asking for help with Parts and Smarts.
I regret to say I no longer own the Crossfire and Mercedes Customer Service SUCKs!!.
