A thumbs-up to all that contribute to the Crossfire Forum. This site provides a wealth of information. Information that helped to locate the source of, and repair of, the car’s no-start condition. In short order I found the RCM solenoid pack, cleaned a corroded connector and re-soldered two PCB connections. The car is now running. Yet, the location of the starter is still unknown to me. I’ll be OK if I never need to learn its location.
