jig, that tire looks really close to the fender liner. I hope she didn't hit something that moved the suspension to the rear. That fender liner wraps all the way around the fender well and can be removed only when the rim and tire are off the car. You will notice that the rocker panel is also bent down near the lifting pad. You may be able to get the liner to fit again properly, but you will need to remove the rim and tire, loosen all the screws holding it and the rocker panel in place near the front (there are two in your photo) and probably the front lifting pad as well to try and get that liner back in it's proper place.
