That is not the part, that is part #20 in the diagram, he wants part #19.
The same part in a different colour can be colour matched to his colour with a rattle can specifically matched to his needs.
It has the part that goes around the trim ring for the key. According to the parts list on

Part 19 and part 20 seem to have the same part number.
There is no spray can for the vanilla color only medium slate and dark slate gray.
