OEM size is,
1. In-dia. : 25mm
2. Out-dia. : 37mm
3. Thickness : 5.5mm (~7mm might be Ok)
4. Type : one dust rip + double seal

I installed same size with one seal then it leaks.
How many springs are in this OEM seal?
Is the diameter on which the seal slips damaged? The face must not be highly polished, there is a prescribed finish for this face which allows a minute amount of oil to sit and lubricate the seal lip. It is this oil that escapes but it should not be very visible for a long time.
Extra springs will exert too much pressure over time and cause premature wear on the seal lips
Does your pulley bolt have the hole through its middle?
