Default Heat exchanger upgrade / Cooling mod

Ok been thinking about modding the intercooler cooling system as a stand alone. So i am have an 23 x 11 x 2.5 dual pass heat exchanger made that will be mounted on top of the stock heat exchanger so will running both. I also want a fairly large coolant reservoir and after looking at where to put one i decided the wiper fluid tank should work well as it look like to be about 1.75 to 2 gallons and that's more than need but my wife uses the washers so they will need to work also. So after some thinking i decided to use an coolant blend that would also work as an washer fluid of distilled water and house hold liquid ammonia at an 8 to 1 esh mix. The ammonia mix will also help the water cool better like water wetter but must be careful to use only alum and composite parts. I know the washer tank will not hold pressure but i hope the intercooler coolant never goes over 170f and that should be fine but if it does that will be a big mess. Oh plan to wire the coolant pumps to run when i have 5 psi or more oil pressure
