We won the war of 1812 and regret that the White House only got singed when we set fire to it, it must have been raining.LOL
It only got singed because :
1. Canadians don't know dick about fire, they are all about ice.
2. Perhaps they were kicked back with a Molson's and didn't properly tend the fire ?
