Default Battery drawing down

I posted once before and replaced my rcm to great success, hoping for the same this time. I have replaced my battery twice in the last two months luckily at no charge, but since then I have been disconnecting it when I shut it off. I looked at some old threads from Pizza Guy and others and did the in line multimeter test.
If I had it right after 3 minutes the amps went down to .03. I can do mechanical, but electrical isn’t my strong suit to say the least. If this amp reading is correct it shows no draw problem, right? I know something is wacky though because weird things have happened like spoiler going up and down at will, no starting one minute and then one minute later it starts. I have disconnected the alarm already. Do I need to try pulling the fuse on the spoiler or anywhere else next.? The independent tech that disconnected the alarm and reset the antilock brake alarm and a few other items seems to be honest and fair priced, but I’d rather do it myself if I can.. Any help is appreciated.
