Hello MM04, I know this is an old post but I'm chasing an issue with my car and it seems it's coming from the BCM. I've seen posts here about replacing the BCM and how the numbers should match but I do not see anything that specifies what the numbers on the BCM mean. I found a used BCM which has all the same numbers except for the last 5 on the TEMIC. Mine is 04W06 and the replacement one is 03W40, everything else matches.

How did your BCMreplacement work out?

FYI my BCM numbers are as follows:

A193 820 00 26 [01]
TEMIC 00005357 04W06
HW:46/02 SW:27/03

Hopefully you still look at the forum and have some insight for me and others.
