Reconnected the top section, put the power plug back into the bcm, and reconnected the battery. Turned the key to the "on" position (not running) and waited 60 seconds - this is apparently how the car and the BCM sync up. That was all there was to it. As I said above, all the numbers matched on the Old and New BCM except for the last five in the TEMIC, but I think we all agree that was the build date (for the BCM) and it was very close to the original.

I didn't have to do anything special. I've tried all the windows and the seats, spoiler, lights, radio....everything seems to be working on day 1.5.
Wow, I didn’t even know you had to wait 60 seconds to sync it. When I swapped mine I plugged everything jumped in and turned the key and fired it up. No waiting, Oops

Mine works perfectly too.
