It's really just a plug and play install. I undid the top section of the BCM with all the wire connectors attached. Removed the remaining BCM body, put in the new one. Reconnected the top section, put the power plug back into the bcm, and reconnected the battery. Turned the key to the "on" position (not running) and waited 60 seconds - this is apparently how the car and the BCM sync up. That was all there was to it. As I said above, all the numbers matched on the Old and New BCM except for the last five in the TEMIC, but I think we all agree that was the build date (for the BCM) and it was very close to the original.

I didn't have to do anything special. I've tried all the windows and the seats, spoiler, lights, radio....everything seems to be working on day 1.5.
