Took it back...parked it...he reached in on tire and pulled out a 1/8" x 4" sliver on inner edge that was still attached
to tire that was "slapping" against something under there!!
THAT'S what was making the noise...I bought him lunch and a 12 pack and thanked him profusely
I think I just found a new mechanic...Crossfire all quieted down now and wife is happy.
