Hey I know it has been many moons since this post but following mouse intrusion in my blower motor I was able to clean the blower and the resistor but the red wire connection was broken. However, appears that at least the fan is operational when 12v applied. I went through the fuse box and don't see any blown fuses, although, fuse 36 is no receiving any power. I skimmed through the service manual and I'm not really sure when to start, it looks like ONLY fuse 36 is not getting power, everything else is +/- 12.6V.
