Yes...they have been doing this for a long time...They asked for the ECU number and then gave me the quote (2 day turn around) ...Actually there is a company in Washington state does the same thing for about the same, but he uses the carlimmo feature which I am trying to stay away from...There about 5 companies that I have visited with over the past six months that range in price from $200 to $800.00 ... There is just a matter of ethics and fairness and just downright theft for a service... The company in the UK ( and there are several there as well as many in Germany) ...But some are better than others...I am not convinced that I actually need this service...I have taken a "kit" from a working donor car and installed it and it did not work on my car, so I am missing something, because it should crank the car, but does not....I am wondering what else is missing from the puzzle ( perhaps the display cluster ) ....LP
