I have the same problem and will e-mail Chrysler and follow-uo with a complaint with the Dealer. It's been my experience that the only way to get something fixed is keep complaining. Usually wind up talking to the district service /warranty Manager to solve a problem that the Dealer won't or can't fix. The Head Unit is obiously not up to par and should be replaced, or maybe they could tint the windows for me so I can see the radio? :P :P
