I got them through Discount Tire - 18" front and 19" rear. I originally ordered them from another supplier, but at the time, they had a tremendous wait time. Discount tire got them faster and cheaper than me going directly to the mfg. The wheels came with all new lugs. I don't know the offset for sure, but I believe they are the same as the OEM wheels.
