Default SKREEM failure cause or could it be connection issue?

I believe this just happened to me. Didn't see a thread that addressed the possible causes.

I am pretty sure I have the SKREEM issue. First and second time, tries to start and shuts off, third time nothing. Disconnect battery, wait a bit, reconnect, rinse and repeat.
SRT6 42K miles. Have hardly had a problem in the 8 years I have owned it.
Trying to think of the cause or if there could be a loose connection somewhere.

1. I had hit a curb two blocks before I got to the parking lot. (Didn't notice having any problem getting to the parking lot after I hit the curb.) (Had one beer before driving the 3 miles, and getting too old I guess, lol.)
2. Within a few seconds of stopping the car, before getting out of the car etc., I tried to restart because I had forgotten something at home (damn beer). It was on this restart where the problem happened. (I was on the phone with my wife at the time as well. Cellular interference with SKREEM causing an issue on this immediate restart?)

So, perhaps this is a clue to what causes the SKREEM issue? Bump or immediate restart?

A third thing that could be related? I just started to have the sticky key issue. Never noticed it before brother in law had it happen to him driving my car a couple of weeks ago, and it has happened to me twice now while trying to restart. This may be a particular key fob though. Today when testing, it did the two try to start then stop. Third try I couldn't turn the key. Took my other key and it turned, but with the nothing happens result.

So anything from a connection issue that could cause it?

I also have an RCM issue. I had removed the 40 AMP fuse this summer to stop the air pump from constantly blowing. Had installed an Amazon RCM a couple of days ago in trying to fix this restart issue. Though it came to me as used, didn't fix problem, which I have learned enough now, that with these symptoms it wouldn't be a fix for my problem anyway.
I have seen this question asked a couple of times, so just to answer. Fan doesn't start running after the ignition is turned to on after 20 seconds.
