You want a ball seat (sometimes referred to as a "radius" seat), 12mm - 1.5 thread x 40 mm long thread, these are for the original equipment wheels.
Quoting a whole catalogue helps no one if they do not know what they are looking for.
I agree with onehundred80's comments above, with the only exception that I recall the OEM lug bolts actually have a 39mm (38.6mm) shank length. Not much difference. Most aftermarket suppliers offer nominal 40mm versions which also work.

And one does have to be aware that the extended head is a problem if you want to use the OEM center caps & wheels.
