it's not about as an investment
Vegas,
Folks beating us up for our disappointment about it's sinking value, and positioning it as an 'Investment' issue aren't getting it.
When we move on to our next cars...WHENEVER that is, we all would like to get as much for our current car as possible.
The fact is, in Baltimore today a dealer advertised in the paper NEW Crossfires for $27,800. Yup, $27.8.
Forget about resale value, how are you feeling about paying whatever you paid for your car, knowing it can now be had for $27K and some change?
We all KNOW our cars will depreciate, I'm just disappointed that this has happend so quickly, and so disproportionate to the usual new auto depreciation.
About small...well I've got a Lotus Elise ordered, and it's smaller than a Miata...so that's not an issue for me either.
