Default Re: Recommended Lowering Springs?

Absolutely, happy to help. I have the factory sized tires, both with my new tires & the ones the previous owner had installed, which were some budget Barums. Based on his receipts, they had about 20,000 miles on them before I started seeing cord on the most inner front treads, the rears were down to 3mm on the inner treads. The car had unusually higher front wear due to the worn front steering drop link, which probably couldn't hold an alignment. I had to replace that before I could even get the fronts aligned.

Currently have Falken Azenis FK510, with 225/40R-18 Front and 255/35R-19 rear tires. Under full turn lock, going in reverse (pulling out of a parking spot), I can sometimes hear a little rubbing of the front tires on inside fender liners. Zero rubbing otherwise, certainly no rubbing under any other type or driving situation.

Here is a pic I just posted in another thread about wheels, you can see the drop here, does really improve the looks with little compromise....
