I hate to say any negative things about your choice, but since your explaining all the pro's and con's about the two cars . . . ask someone who owns a G35 or a 350Z about the non-warrenty covered pre-mature front tire wear problem ?!?! You'll be lucky to get 5,000 to 10,000 miles out of set of front tires. That's why I didn't buy a 350Z and the reason why my friend wishes he didn't buy his G35 !!! It's a shame really, they are very nice cars, but I couldn't bring my self to take the gamble and buy one.

Side note, us older guys (especially those us that have sold cars for a living, hint, hint, wink, wink . . . ) you don't want to go $4,000 in the hole unless you have $10,000 to put down.
