The main problem with changing a cluster from Miles to Km is that the central LCD (odometer) display must be changed. The LCD physically displays "miles" or "km" depending on its original type. It's not a programable/graphical display, so it can't display anything else. The cluster can be re-coded to record and display miles or km and Fahrenheit of Celsius, but you can't change that LCD display without swapping it. New displays are available, but the coding change isn't something that can be done by a Dealer or through Star, Micropod etc. It requires editing of the cluster's eprom file, and a knowledge of what to change.
