Best advice I can offer, download the .pdf service manual and trace the harness wiring to find out where that wire went to. I have seen that blue W/yellow stripe used in other cars as a 'ground' but with this car it is only a guess & you should NOT ground it until you research where the wiring diagram (in the service manual) leads it to.
