So bad news here....the leak has not stopped. I used green grease and thought it took care of it but ultimately it doesn't come from the rubber seals.
I sat in tue trunk to locate the area of the leak while my dad sprayed water on that area...speaking of a tight spot when you are 6"3. Good thing I'm not claustrophobic.

It's really hard to locate where the water gets in. I still wasn't able to locate it 100% but it seems to start where I drew the yellow line from front to back and down the headliner. (Please see image).

At this point I don't know what the culprit is. Any tips? Maybe it is the metal trim along the roof? What is actually underneath that metal trim (see picture)? And could it leak in from that area?

When driving over 40 mph I hear a whistling noise. Does that mean maybe the window isn't sealed/aligned right? Could that be the issue?

Could it be this thing? We had them painted a while ago and maybe they didn't put it in correctly?
