It is a possibility. What's actually underneath that strip? Are there spots where water could get in?
Quick side question...I was going to do the "water in trunk" fix and punch through the rubber drain underneath the vehicle. Which one is it I'm working on? The one closer to the wheel or the one closer to the exhaust?
